Conditions

Terms of conditions:

• • 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, plus two small beds (one of which is a portal bed).
  • The house contains all necessary facilities like dishwasher, microwave, oven, table ware, etc. In addition a television and satellite connection are available. Also a BBQ is available.
  • Swimming pool is private and can only be used by the renters of the house.
  • Cloth and bedding components are available You only need to bring your own pool towels.
  • The house is for rent per week, the rental price is fixed, regardless of the number of visitors.
  • In low and mid season the house is also for rent for 1 family or groups up to 5 persons at reduced prices. For weekends please contact us directly.
  • Payment is required prior to the rental period: 40% of the amount needs to be paid upon reservation of the house, the other 60% needs to be paid 8 weeks prior to the rental period.
  • At the end of the rental period the house needs to be left in proper state, cleaned with brush and dishcloth
  • Wifi is available
